How to exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and what to expect when you do.
What we may hold about you
Most people who use FP give us no personal information at all. You can use every page and tool without an account, and our tools do not send your answers to us. We may hold:
- Your email address, if you subscribed to our newsletter (kept by our newsletter provider, beehiiv).
- Your emails to us, if you wrote to us.
- Usage data from Google Analytics, which is not linked to your name or email. Because we cannot connect it to you, we usually cannot find or extract it for an individual request; you can stop it being collected with the opt-out described in our Cookie Notice.
